Shooting Friday night leaves 28-year-old man dead

A man is dead after a shooting Friday night in Southeast Baltimore.

Officers were called to the 6100 block of Shipview Way around 11:00 p.m. for a report of a shooting.

When police arrived, they found 28-year-old Lloyd Tyson suffering from gunshot wounds to the torso. He was pronounced dead on scene.

According to police, Tyson was walking with a group of individuals when a gunman approached them and opened fire.

Tyson was struck and ran to the back of the 1500 block of Elrino Street where he fell due to his injuries.
