While conducting an investigation in the unit block of South Arlington Street at around 1:30 p.m. Thursday, officers from a Baltimore Police Department Southern District Action Team observed a man they suspected of being armed.
Upon further investigation, police obtained a loaded handgun from the suspect, David Jones, of the 4100 block of Mountwood Road. The 21 year old was charged with handgun violations and taken to Central Booking Intake Facility.
