Baltimore Police arrested another repeat offender with a loaded gun on Thursday.
Officers executed a search and seizure warrant in the 1500 block of Pennsylvania Avenue which led to the arrest of Mamadou Sall.
On Sall was a loaded gun that was taken by police. Sall has been charged with handgun violations.
