Baltimore police arrested a 36-year-old repeat offender after he was caught with a loaded handgun and drugs.
Officers arrested Shawn Horton in the 1800 block of West Pratt Street Monday after officers approached a parked car with a strong odor of Marijuana coming from the vehicle.
Police seized a loaded handgun and drugs from the vehicle.
Horton has been charged with various gun and drug violations.
