There's a public meeting in preparation for another ceasefire in Baltimore.
The meeting starts at 6 p.m. Thursday at the Living Well Facility on Holliday Street. There's another public meeting set for next Thursday.
The group "Baltimore Ceasefire 365" is calling for the second ceasefire of the year to start Friday, November 3 amd run through Sunday, November 5.
