City police investigate a man shot near the front door of his home in west Baltimore Saturday evening.
Just after 11 p.m. officers responded to the 800 block in Lexington Street for a report of a shooting.
Police said when officers arrived on scene, they located a 25-year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds to this stomach and leg.
The victim was transported to a local hospital and is in serious condition at this time.
