Baltimore Police seized a shotgun with one shotgun shell located inside of a Cheetos bag Wednesday.
The weapon was discovered during an investigation in the 400 block of South Bentalou Street Wednesday morning.
Police arrested 22-year-old Keith Vinson of the 3000 block of Rayner Avenue. He was taken to Central Booking.
