Police see car speed away from double shooting in southwest Batlimore

Police officers were in southwest Baltimore Thursday when they witnessed a car speeding away from a shooting scene.

Officers followed the vehicle all the way to an area hospital. Once there, two men with gunshot wounds got out of the vehicle. The men, both in their 40s, told police they were shot along Boyd Street just before 11 a.m.

Baltimore detectives are asking anyone with information to give them a call at 410-396-2221. Anyone who wishes to stay anonymous can call the Metro Crime Stoppers tip line at 1-800-7LOCKUP.
