Police looking to identify persons of interest in December homicide

BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police are asking the public for help identifying two individuals who were seen on video following 17-year-old London Stuckey prior to his death in December 2019.

Police say Stuckey was found with multiple gunshot wounds to his chest at around 12:08 p.m. on December 13 in the 5600 block of Woodmont Avenue.

The video shown above has a time stamp of 12:03 p.m.
