Police are on the hunt for a serial robber.  He's hit restaurants all over the city and the search is on to find him.

Investigators say the same man robbed 9 restaurants throughout the city and now they're asking for the public's help to find him.

"My observation is that we need more attention in this neighborhood," business owner, Jespal Singh, told ABC2.

The most recent happened at a Subway restaurant in the 3500 block of Eastern Avenue.  This location was hit twice. Singh says it's bad for business.

"We are always worried about our customers because if the customer is not here then we don’t have a business."

At the Dunking Donuts in the 2000 block of Maryland avenue, the robber jumped the counter, showed a gun to the cashier and demanded money.  He took off with nothing  after two customers came in. ,

Investigators say he hit 7 other Subways and Dunkin Donuts from January 23--February 11. Businesses are working to be proactive when it comes to preventing another robbery.

"We are always looking for suspicious activities i always tell them to watch, if you don’t feel safe, call 911, said Singh.

The FBI is now involved and assisting with this investigation.  Anyone with information is asked to call police or Metro Crimestoppers at 1-866-7-LOCKUP.
