Police investigating two deadly shootings

Baltimore police are investigating two deadly shootings that happened over the weekend.

Police said around 11:45 Saturday morning a man was found not breathing in a wooded area near the intersection of Bayard and Washington Boulevard. He had been shot at least once and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Early Sunday morning, officers in East Baltimore were called to the 600 block of N. Duncan Street for a shooting.

When officers arrived they found a 55-year old man with a gunshot wound to his head. The victim was transported to an area hospital where he later died.
