Homicide detectives are investigating after a fatal Wednesday night shooting in South Baltimore.
Southern District police officers responded to the 3700 block of Saint Margaret Street around 11:40 p.m. Wednesday, officials said.
When they arrived, officers found a 57-year-old man with two gunshot wounds to the chest.
The victim was transported to an area hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
