Police identified a 25-year-old man who died after a double shooting in northwest Baltimore Friday night.

Police said Nathan Walker died at shortly after arriving at Shock Trauma. Detectives determined he and another man were both shot in the 3400 block of Reisterstown Road just before 8 p.m.
The second victim walked into an area hospital for treatment. There is no word on his condition.
Homicide detectives are investigating.
