Baltimore Police have identified a man that is a suspect in multiple shootings across the city.
30-year-old Mausean Carter was arrested after shooting multiple people during a high-speed chase with police on Friday.

Carter has been formally charged with 1st Degree Murder, 2nd Degree Murder, Reckless Endangerment, Attempted 1st Degree Murder, Attempted 2nd Degree Murder, as well as, Varying Degrees of Assaults and Weapons charges.
He was denied bail at the Baltimore City Central Booking Intake Facility.
Police say more information related to Cater will be released on Monday.
