Police were called to the 800 block of North Fremont Avenue around 8:30 p.m. for a reported shooting. When they arrived, officers found a man suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
Officers in the Southeast district were called to the 1300 block of Ponca Street around 10:55 p.m. for another shooting. When officers arrived they found a man suffering from a gun wound to the leg. The victim was taken to a hospital for treatment.
Five minutes later at 11 p.m. in Southwest Baltimore, a third shooting was taking place in the 3200 block of West Baltimore Street. The victim was taken to a hospital for treatment, but later died from his injuries.
At 11:45 p.m. in the 100 block of Reedbird Avenue, police responded to a double shooting. Police say they found two men shot at the scene. The first, was taken to a hospital for treatment, but later died. The second was also transported, and is expected to survive his injuries.
