A 25-year-old was arrested over a year after police say he murdered another man in Baltimore.
Antonio Madeam was shot and killed in the 1800 block of Ruxton Avenue on November 3, 2016. Homicide detectives investigated his murder for over a year and finally found a suspect.
Travon Harrington was arrested on Wednesday in the 200 block of N. Eutaw street without incident.
Harrington has been charged with First-Degree Murder.
