Police find and arrest man who had allegedly just robbed two banks

BALTIMORE (WMAR) — Police found and arrested a man right after he allegedly robbed two banks in Baltimore on Friday.

According to Major Monique Brown, the first robbery occurred in the Central District at the SunTrust Bank in the 100 block of E. Baltimore Street.

A short time later, officers in the Southern District responded to a holdup alarm, this time at the M&T Bank in the 3700 block of Annapolis Road.

After searching the area, police found and arrested 45-year-old Frank Clayton for both robberies.
