Baltimore Police assigned to the Tri-District initiative stopped a car in the 1600 block of Pennsylvania Ave. for a traffic violation.
Officers say that after a short interview with the occupants of the vehicle they arrested 16-year-old Anthony Grant and 19-year-old Michael Taylor. They say they seized a gun from the car.
Grant and Taylor have been charged with handgun violations.
