Baltimore police said a person of interest in the murder of Baltimore rapper Lor Scoota was killed Monday afternoon.
The victim, 22-year-old Cortez Mitchell was shot near the intersection of Baltimore and Monroe streets while sitting inside a car. He was transported to an area hospital where he later died from his injruies.
Mitchell was from Glen Burnie, Maryland.
