BALTIMORE — A 48-year-old Parkville man has been arrested and charged in the early June murder of a 40-year-old Glen Burnie man in the Northwest Baltimore.

Police said Aaron Lemon was fatally stabbed in the 3900 block of Rogers Avenue in the city’s Woodmere neighborhood on June 1.

Homicide detectives assumed control of the investigation and quickly identified a suspect and obtained a warrant for his arrest, police said. On June 4, detectives from the Warrant Task Force arrested Tracy Hood at about 6:10 a.m.

Hood was taken to Central Booking where he was charged with first-degree murder. He remains there, waiting to see a court commissioner.
