A neighborhood takes a stand Monday against the spike in violent crime, robberies and vandalism.

People in the Oliver neighborhood in East Baltimore say these crimes are happening far too often. Last week, four people were shot in the middle of the day.

Monday, they're asking neighbors to meet at the corner of Broadway and Eager street at 11 a.m.
