Baltimore Police officers have arrested a teenager found with a loaded semi-automatic hand gun.
19 year-old Kewain Phillips was taken into police custody in the 2500 block of Liberty Heights Avenue.
Phillips has been formally charged and is not allowed to possess a firearm or ammunition.
