Murder warrant issued for 19-year-old suspect wanted in east Baltimore shooting

Baltimore City Police identify 19-year-old man wanted in connection to a murder that occurred earlier this month.

Today, police issued a warrant  for William Neeley, 19, of the 3400 block in Echodale Avenue for the murder of Donald Symptom. 

Police said the 20-year-old victim was shot and killed in the 4700 block of Hampnett Avenue on February 1st

Neely is  5'4" tall and weighs about 115 lbs. 

Detectives are asking anyone with information on Neely's whereabouts  to contact Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7Lockup or to send tips to the Baltimore Police mobile app.
