Police are investigating an incident where a man says he was shot while sitting in his car early Tuesday morning.
Officers say the 26-year-old man walked into a hospital in the area just before 2 a.m. with a gunshot wound to the back.
The man told police he was sitting in his car in the 700 block of North Rose Street in Eastern Baltimore when he was shot.
