Baltimore Police are investigating an incident where a man says he was shot while at an intersection.
The 36-year-old man told police he was at the intersection of Chase Street and Biddle Street when he heard a gunshot just before 2 a.m. He then said a bullet shattered his windshield and then hit him in the shoulder.
The man then drove himself to the hospital for treatment.
