A 43-year-old man was found suffering from a gunshot wound to the abdomen in West Baltimore, Monday.
At approximately 1:00 a.m. an officer from Baltimore Police Department's Western District was conducting a business check on the 900 block of North Monroe Street when he heard gunshots.
The patrol officer ran towards where he heard the noise and discovered the shooting victim, who was uncooperative in sharing information about a potential suspect.
