BALTIMORE — A 27-year-old man was shot in Baltimore’s Penn North neighborhood Tuesday afternoon, Baltimore Police said.
Officers responded to the 1900 block of N. Fulton Avenue after reports of gunshots being heard in the area, police said. Police found the man suffering from gunshot wounds to his arm. He was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
