A man was shot in East Baltimore Midway neighborhood around noon Friday, Baltimore Police said.
Officers responded to the 2000 block of Cecil Avenue around 12:18 p.m. for reports of a shooting. There they found a 25-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to his hand. He was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
