Police responded to the 5400 block of Cedonia Avenue for the report of a shooting, around 1:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Officers arrived and found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to an area hospital where he died from his injuries.
The man was later identified as 17-year-old Cameron Anderson, of the 5500 block of Todd Avenue.
