Baltimore Police Department is now investigating a homicide that happened early Saturday afternoon.
At around 2:50 p.m., Northern District patrol officers were called to the 4600 block of York Road for a report of a shooting. Once at the location, officers found an adult male with a gunshot wound to the head.
The victim later died at an area hospital.
