Baltimore police are investigating the death of a man who was found unresponsive in a vacant East Baltimore house Saturday morning.
At 10:30 a.m. police were called to the 2000 block of E. Biddle Street for a report of a person not breathing.
Upon arrival officers discovered a 27-year-old man inside a vacant house. Officers said the man was suffering from trauma to his body.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
