Baltimore Police are investigating after a man was fatally shot on York Rd Saturday evening. Officers were called to the 4600 block just after 7 p.m. where they found a man with a gunshot wound to the head; he was rushed to an area hospital but later died.
Police say a handgun was found in his waistband which will be submitted as evidence.
