Baltimore’s 48th murder of the year occurred in the 4200 block of Seidel Ave Tuesday night.
Police were called just before 10 p.m. to the scene in northeast Baltimore where they found the 38-year-old man with a cut in his upper body. Medics responded to the scene but the man had passed.
