A 26-year-old man has been charged with a double shooting that injured two people, including a 90-year-old woman.
Gerald Gaffney of the 3500 block of Garrison Avenue was arrested Wednesday and charged with three counts of attempted murder, assault and conspiracy to commit murder.

Police say the incident, which happened on April 15, started with chicken bones being thrown on the grass. A 56-year-old man was shot. Police believe the elderly woman was hit with ricochet. She had a graze wound on her foot.
Both victims were transported to the hospital and were in good condition.
