Baltimore officers arrest a 26-year-old man for shooting a woman on North Warwick Avenue.
On April 17, at 1:40 a.m., officers arrived at an area hospital for a report of a walk-in shooting victim. When officers arrived, they found a 32-year-old woman that was being treated by the hospital staff for a wound to her hand.
The victim told investigators that she was driving in the 200 block of N. Warwick Avenue when an unknown person shot her. After being shot, the victim went to the hospital to be treated.
During the investigation, detectives obtained an arrest warrant for Quasham Lucas. Lucas was arrested on Tuesday by the members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force and was transported to the Central Booking and Intake Facility.
He was charged with first degree attempted murder.
