A man has been charged with attempted murder in connection with an April 27 shooting on the 2200 block of Harford Road.
Anthony Dinkins, 18, of the unit block of Guinevere Court, was picked up by Warrant Apprehension detectives in the unit block of King Arthur Circle in Rosedale, Md. He was charged with attempted first-degree murder and taken to Central Booking Intake Facility.
On April 27, officers on patrol in the Eastern District heard gunshots around 5:10 p.m. on the 2200 block of Harford Road. Shortly thereafter an 18-year-old man walked into an area hospital with a gunshot wound to the shoulder. Police linked Dinkins to the shooting.
