Man barricades himself in Baltimore City after robbing bank in Baltimore County

A man barricades himself in a house in northwest Baltimore after robbing a bank in Baltimore County, according to police.

Police say the suspect has been taken into custody but did not elaborate on how the suspect was captured.

After robbing a M&T Bank in the 2400 block of Smith Avenue in Baltimore County, the man fled the scene to the 3500 block of West Garrison Avenue and barricaded himself in a house.

Baltimore County police will release a statement in the near future.
