Man arrested with loaded handgun, drugs during traffic stop

Baltimore Police stopped a vehicle on the 2100 block on W. Fayette Street when the driver fled from the car leaving behind a handgun, drugs, money, and a ski mask.

According to officers, when 29-year-old Kenneth Taylor ran out of the stopped vehicle, they found a backpack that had a loaded 9mm semi-automatic handgun, suspected marijuana and heroin, a black ski mask, and money, during the search of the vehicle.

Taylor has been charged with handgun and drug violations.
