A man was arrested Tuesday after carrying a loaded handgun near Morgan State University's campus.
The man, 21-year-old Garnett Sears, was taken into custody by Morgan State University Police and Northeast District detectives.
Sears was taken to Central Booking Intake Facility and has been charged with several handgun violations.
