Two men arrested, charged in barbershop shooting

Update: Police have arrested a second suspect in connection to Tuesday's fatal shooting at Rod's Barbershop. 

Ignacius Lawrence, 32, of Abington Avenue is in custody. 

Both Lawrence and Mosby, first suspect, have been charged with first degree murder, conspiracy to commit murder and are in Central Booking with no bail.

Police have identified a suspect in connection with a homicide at a barbershop in East Baltimore Tuesday night.

Andre Mosby, 31, of the 3300 block of Brighton Street has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder.

On Tuesday, March 15 just after 9 p.m., Baltimore City Police officers responded to Rod's Barbershop at 2433 E. Monument Street to find a man suffering from gunshot wounds.

Kenneth Collins, 45, of the 4600 block of Belair Road, was transported to Johns Hopkins Hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later.

A preliminary investigation revealed two men entered the barbershop and at least one of them shot the victim before fleeing the location.
