A 25-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday after police say he shot a woman in the arm and torso.
Kareem Siscoe has been charged with Attempted Murder from a shooting that occurred on December 7. Police say he shot a 28-year-old woman in the 400 block of Pascal Ave.
When officers got to the scene, they couldn't find a suspect or a victim. Police say the woman later walked into a hospital in Anne Arundel County.
Siscoe was arrested in the 1700 block of Dorsey Road in Anne Arundel County on Tuesday.
