One month after a woman was shot in her Baltimore home, a suspect has been arrested.

Police say a 34-year-old woman was in her home in the 1100 block of Greenmount Avenue on September 26 when she was shot.

The woman is still recovering from the shooting.

Detectives interviewed several witnesses and the victim and were able to identify the suspect and get a search warrant.

On Tuesday, October 24 detectives arrested Robert Sivells, 46, at his home in the 2500 block of Woodbrook Ave.

Sivells was charged with 1st Degree Attempted Murder, Assault, and various Firearms Violations.
