Police arrested a 29-year-old Baltimore man in connection to a deadly shooting.
Avon Byrd was arrested for shooting and killing 41-year-old Andrew Tyrell on April 28 in the 200 block of East Street.
Detectives got an arrest warrant for Byrd after they learned he and Terrell had been involved in an argument when Byrd shot him.
Byrd was charged with 1st degree murder.
