Officers in Baltimore are seeking to identify a man who may have information surrounding the death of a woman on Wednesday.
Around 9:00 a.m. police said they found 35-year-old Jessica Gibson behind some large pallets, unconscious by East Coast Greenway, an ally that parallels President Street in between Baltimore Street and Lombard Street.
At this time, this case has not been ruled a homicide, however, detectives would like to identify and speak to a man they believe was the last person to see Gibson alive. CLICK TO SEE VIDEO
