Baltimore City Police continue to investigate the murder of Dionay Smith, the brother of spokesman T.J. Smith and are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man captured in surveillance video.

On July 2 just before 8 p.m., officers had been called to the 1400 block of Argyle Ave where 24-year-old Smith was found fatally shot in his home.

On July 6, police arrested 21-year-old Terrell Gibson for first and second degree murder among other charges. Detectives continue to investigate and have released several stills of surveillance video attempted to identify other men near the scene.
