Baltimore Police are investigating a shooting that left two men shot in East Baltimore on Wednesday evening.
Officers were called to the 2300 block of East Chase Street around 6:52 p.m. when they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound to his body.
Moments later, officers were alerted of a second man shot in the chest who walked in a local hospital for treatment.
Officials say the second man is in serious condition.
