Baltimore City Police responded to the 2700 block of East Madison Street for reports of a shooting Thursday.
After arriving officers located 19-year-old Markell Scott suffering from gunshot wounds to the head.
He was transported to a local hospital where he later died.
This incident is currently under investigation police are asking anyone with information to call Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7LOCKUP.
