Baltimore City Police responded to the 2400 block of East Preston Street for a shooting around 9:15 p.m. Sunday.
Upon arrival officers located a 23-year-old man who was suffering from a gunshot wound to the head.
The victim was transported to Johns Hopkins hospital where he later died.
