A Baltimore Police Eastern District Action team was on patrol at 8:40 p.m. Wednesday when they pulled over a car and discovered a loaded handgun in the vehicle.
The driver, Roland Hall Jr., 21, was stopped at the 900 block of Chauncey Avenue. He is prohibited from legally possessing a firearm. Hall was arrested and taken to Central Booking Intake Facility.
