Baltimore police arrested a man suspected of raping a teenager last August based on DNA evidence from a rape kit.

Police arrested 49-year-old Ronnie Williams on May 31, 2017. He was charged with first degree rape.

According to authorities an 18-year-old woman was raped on August 21, 2016 in an abandoned house in the Harwood Avenue.
